Day 9: Pendy’s Half Moon Cake

Highlight of my day- Half Moon Cake from Pendy’s Bacolod. It’s really light chiffon cake with amazing custard on top. It’s not too sweet so you can eat two of them in a row. Yummy!!! Surgery in 5 more days! Full (from eating so many) moons, Bertha
