I tried the Shoyu tonkotsu ramen with Tamago and garlic. I still prefer Ukkokei’s ramen better. The noodles at Genya aren’t as chewy. The spicy fried chicken and the beansprouts appetiser were good though, so it’s still a good place to eat if you’re in the mood for Japanese and you’re in the Macapagal area.Continue reading “Genya Tonkotsu Ramen”
